Holiday decorating is a great way to add a little extra cheer to the season. There’s nothing like coming home to a warm, cozy space filled with holiday touches in the wintertime. Joss & Main is one of my go-to online retailers to find everything from furniture to decorative accessories so when they asked me to pull together some ideas for a holiday entryway, I was happy to create a mood board with my picks. Here is how I would deck the hallways with Joss and Main.
The inspiration behind my design actually started with the customizable plaid throw. Plaid just says “holiday” to me and I love the warmth the pattern immediately adds to any space. I prefer a more subtle vibe when decorating seasonally so just the few touches I added here creates that cozy winter feeling. The simple boxwood wreaths, reindeer garland, and “Joy” sign are the only other clearly “holiday” pieces in this entryway. The console, basket, mirror, marbled lamp, books, candlesticks, and iron sculpture are great year-round. The faux fur throw rug is wintery and cozy but could be left year-round as well.

I just love decorating (and dressing!) for fall and winter (you can see how I added fall touches to my kitchen, here) so when the opportunity arose to deck the hallways with Joss and Main, I knew it would be fun. I hope this has given you some inspiration to add holiday touches to your entryway, too!
